The property "Le Perroquet" is a 200 year old perigordine style stone farmhouse with swimming pool. 

The house has been tastefully converted into two separate gîtes, both having good sized rooms, ideal for taking your French self catering holiday.

Being just 11km from Bergerac airport means you do not have 
to travel far to your holiday accomodation.

The gîtes are rented out on a weekly basis. 

Located on the outskirts of the village of Saint Germain et Mons, the property is set in 3.75 acres of grassland, with the Dordogne river, one of the most beautiful in Aquitaine, flowing at the bottom of the garden. There are many interesting sites to visit in the area.
